Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing time-It differs from product to product. We need 4-6 business days to customize your personalized orders.

Shipping time- Many factors can affect transportation time. Transit times following the production process can range from 3-12 business days depending on your level of service selected at checkout.

We will keep you updated as to the status of your order throughout the entire fulfillment process.

What If My Parcel Is Delayed?

There will be a few special circumstances, such as holidays, post office,customs, etc., which may delay 1-4 weeks.Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address. If your shipping address is different from your billing address please specifies this during checkout.

Will My Items Come Together?

We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse’s locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :)

About Tax

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any,these charges must be paid by the customers.Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Order Tracking

After we begin to deliver your order, we will sent you a Shipping Notification email, including the information of your Order ID and Tracking Shipping Number. You can check the status of your order online by logging into the Track My Order page with your Order ID and email.
